Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll advise to send the stock back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reverse a return if the product sent back does not meet above mentioned criteria.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or contact us at info@hugola-soap.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@hugola-soap.com or use our withdrawal form before the 14-day period expires. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery. This includes soaps and other personal care products that have been opened. All other items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
